Pins on the real drawing
Upload the PDF you were issued — A0 setting-out, elevations, RCPs — and drop pins at the exact position. Multi-page sheets, pinch zoom, colour-coded by status.
Drop a pin exactly where the defect is, photograph it, assign it to the trade and set a date. Walk off site with the report already written.
No card required. Works on the phone in your pocket and the laptop in the cabin.
Not a generic issue tracker with a construction skin. Built around the way a defects walk really happens — drawing in one hand, camera in the other.

Shoot straight from the phone camera. Photos are downscaled on the device before upload so they still go through on a bad 4G signal in a basement.
Open → in progress → finished → closed. The trade marks it finished; you close it once you've seen the after photo. Every change is stamped in the history.
Group snags by work package and assign them to the subcontractor responsible. The dashboard then tells you who owes you what, and what's overdue.
Live counts by status, completion by package, and outstanding items by party — the numbers you're asked for in the progress meeting.
A branded A4 snag report with photos, filtered how you like, plus a CSV that drops straight into Excel for the QS.
Drop in the PDFs for the block or floor. Every page is available to pin on.
Tap the spot, type the defect, take the photo, pick the trade and a date. Ten seconds a snag.
Filter by package and send each subcontractor only their list, with photos and locations.
They mark it finished, you check the after photo and close it. The dashboard tracks the burn-down.
The whole app is one page. It loads fast, the buttons are thumb-sized, and the camera is one tap from the snag you're writing.
Approx 600 mm crack at the junction with the riser wall. Cut out, re-tape and make good before decoration.
Filter to what you need — outstanding only, one package, one subcontractor — and generate an A4 report with your company name on it and the photos in place. Print it or save it as a PDF.
Every plan is the full app. 14-day trial, no card up front, cancel whenever.
Any PDF drawing. Floor plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, setting-out sheets — including large-format A0 and A1 at any scale. Multi-page PDFs work; each page holds its own pins.
You need a connection to sync. Photos are compressed on the device before they're sent, so a snag with three photos goes through on a weak 4G signal where a raw camera upload would stall. Full offline capture is on the roadmap.
Add team members to your company account and they see the same projects. Read-only issuing to external trades — a link they can view without an account — is the next thing being built.
You do. Every project, photo and report belongs to your company, is isolated from every other account at the database level, and can be exported to CSV at any time. Data is hosted in the UK/EU.
The spreadsheet doesn't know where on the drawing the defect is, the camera roll doesn't know which snag the photo belongs to, and neither will write the report. That reconciliation — usually done at the kitchen table on a Sunday — is the part this removes.
Nothing is deleted. The account goes read-only until you pick a plan, and everything is exactly as you left it when you subscribe.
Set up a project, upload a drawing and log your first defect in under five minutes.
