Inspections that record a result, not attendance
Two libraries come loaded: fifteen inspection and test plans, and sixteen trade check sheets of the kind your subcontractors already sign. Every acceptance criterion is written out, and every line is recorded pass, fail or not applicable.

FAQ
Straight answers
Do I need a card to trial it?
No. Sign up, use the whole app for 14 days, and put a card in only if you want to carry on. Nothing is deleted if you don't.
Does it work with no signal?
Yes. The app installs to your home screen and opens without a connection. Photographs and records taken in a stairwell queue on the device and upload when you're back in range — the header tells you what's still waiting.
Can I use my own check sheets?
Yes — and if you send them over we'll load them for you. Every project starts with two libraries: 15 inspection and test plans written against the BS 8000 series, and 16 trade check sheets (MF ceilings, drywall, dot and dab, SFS, brickwork, fire stopping and the rest) taken line for line off the sheets trades actually sign on site. Both are yours to edit — change an activity, its acceptance criteria or its point type, or add your own rows. Editing one project's plans doesn't touch another's.
What does the fire stopping evidence pack contain?
One page per penetration: the barrier it passes through, the rating it has to hold, what runs through it, the certified system it was sealed with, the certificate reference, the label put on it on site, who installed it, who checked it, and the photographs taken before and after sealing. Where a record isn't complete the page says exactly what's missing rather than leaving a gap for someone to find later. It exports as one PDF and can be emailed straight from the app.
Where do my photos live?
In your own private storage on your Supabase project, in eu-west-2 (London). They're never public — every photo is served through a short-lived signed link, and one company can't read another's files. PDFs and spreadsheets are generated on your device, so no outside document service ever sees a site photograph.
Can subcontractors get access?
Trades are issued items by email as a branded PDF, with their photographs attached — no account needed. People on your own company account share every project and register; invite them from Setup.
Does it handle higher-risk buildings and the golden thread?
Flag a project as a higher-risk building and the handover checklist adds the golden thread record required under the Building Safety Act 2022, alongside the compartmentation and as-built evidence items.
Can I export everything and leave?
Yes. Every register exports to PDF, Excel and CSV, and Setup will download the whole project as a single JSON file — every record, every history line — which you can restore into another project. There's no lock-in.
Is it on the App Store?
The web app installs to your home screen today and behaves like a native app — full screen, its own icon, works offline. Native App Store and Play Store builds are to follow.
